Personalized & Monogrammed Items

All personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items that have been specially customized with names, initials, dates, or any other unique details. Please ensure all personalization details are correct before submitting your order.

Non-Custom Items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be:

For bulk or large custom orders of 20 or more personalized items, please allow up to 3 weeks for production. These orders require additional time to ensure consistency and quality across all pieces.
Shipping Time:
Shipping time is not included in the production time and will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Rush Orders:
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing. Rush options may be available depending on current production volume.
