Shipping Rates & Delivery
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
• Delivery times vary depending on carrier and destination.

Custom Orders
Please double-check all spelling, sizing, colors, and customization details before placing your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Delays
While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery dates, shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or supply chain issues are outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend.
